I'm learning guitar.

I've started writing poetry again.

A Year Of ChangeGrowing up as an only child, I loved to talk. I think it's because when I was small I didn't have many friends, so when I got friends I was amazed with how much words could convey that I was entranced. When with friends, I never allowed a moment of companionable silence. I still have a difficult time keeping my peace, but I have come to understand that silence doesn't equate loneliness or frigidity. I was sitting in English sophomore year when my world was turned upside down. A police officer came into the room and told me that I was to come with her.
